The Oysters
Our mission is to support and promote local shellfishing. We handpick our oysters from sustainable aquaculture farms ahead of your event. Afterwards, we recycle the shells to help restore wild oyster beds.
The Raw Bar
Our mobile raw bar exudes a classic New England vibe: wood ice housings, metal Coleman coolers, and a vintage utility cart. Condiments, ice, and tableware all included!
